Hi there! Before starting to talk about my spread I want to tell you about my recent thoughts on this blog and my Youtube channel. Since I started the blog I always wrote the posts in English and Italian, while my Youtube videos are in Italian… well, that was becoming overwhelming, so I decided to try to switch to just English and see how it goes, hoping this way I’ll have more time to create and more things to share. So let me know what you think about it!
And now… that’s my spread for week 12! The video with English voiceover it’s already on my channel, so go to check it out and please bear with me about my english pronunciation!
My title card for this week is an Anthropologie shopping bag trimmed down in different sizes, I loved it too much to trash it! The HELLO is from Everyday edition sticker set, the alpha stamp set that I used is from Kellie Stamps, the 12 and the arrow are from an Heidi Swapp sticker set. The sticker sentiment is from Cosmo Cricket and the hexagonal stickers are from Confidant SC documenter kit. I also added a few enamel dots and a label from my stash with the dates of the week stamped on. On the next photo I used a stamp from the Cypress grove kit.
On Sunday afternoon my fiancè baked an amazing Key Lime Pie and we had it for breakfast for a couple of days…really delicious! The card underneath the picture is from Young At Heart kit. I also added a sticker sentiment from Posh Words and a puffy sticker.
On Tuesday we did our first Taco Tuesday night and my fiancè took a sombrero hat that usually it’s hanged on the wall and worn it, while he was eating our dinner. The stamp from Story Board kit looked perfect here! 😀 I used different small alpha sticker set to spell Taco Tuesday and the Tiny Words to wrote OUR FIRST and a couple of puffy stickers.
The butterfly card is from the 4×6 paper pad matching the March SC release. I used the Simple Stories alpha to spell WORKIN’. The sentiments are from Cosmo Cricket and Posh Words. And I also added another puffy sticker. The lined sticky notes is from SC march kit.
On Saturday we had an amazing weather so we decided to go to Portobello, that is the sea sight neighborhood here in Edinburgh to chill out and enjoy the sunny day. The first card is from the Cypress Grove kit, I used the stamp by In a Creative Bubble that was in the March kit. I also added a couple of sticker sentiment by Posh Words and Love Story. On the picture of the beach I added a wood veneer from Color Cast Design and a sentiment stamp by Lost River kit.
After a long walk on the beach, we went to a cafe to chill out and relax. The card is from Story Board kit, the stamps are from Kellie stamps and Chic Tags. I wrote the name of the cafe using a couple of small alpha stickers. On the next picture I stamped with two more stamp by In a Creative Bubble included in the March kit.
As usual I took pictures of our dinner…LOL! I can’t help myself, when I eat something tasty and good looking I need to take pictures. The background card is from Confidant kit. I stamped the review box from Food Coma stamp set and I added the name of the restaurant with a Studio Calico sticker alpha. On my friends’ picture I used a stamp from New Adventure stamp set.
During our coffee break I tool some coasters from the cafe we went, that were to beautiful to be left out of my album. I used the fuse tool on a 9×12 page protector to obtain the right size and I printed a photo in the same size to put on the back side. On the picture I stamped with the Seymour alpha by Kellie stamps.
And it’s done! Here below you can see the full spread!
I hope you enjoyed it! Please let me know your thoughts, share it and follow me on socials!
