Hi there! Welcome back here for my spread about week 13.
The Week Title card is from SC March documenter kit and it’s a letterpress embossed craft card. To make LOVELY more visible I tried to use the Decofoil pen with some gold foil, but I wasn’t able to get a good result (surely my bad…I will have to try again) and I ended up using a Sharpie Gold Marker to obtain a gold effect even if not so shiny as I wanted. I added some letters and numbers cut using the Big Shot. I also used one of my labels and some enamel dots.
I was able to work on my One Little Word prompt for march and I managed to do my visual boards in the very last day of March. I’m really satisfied with the result so I wanted to include them in my Pocket pages. The card underneath the photo is from SC Confidant kit. I wrote OWL using an Ali Edwards alpha stickers and I stamped March with my months roller stamp.
The card on the right, near my usual Week in Review card, is a picture of my desk while I was working on my Summer Daily album for 2016 (that is going to be divided in two albums since I went massive with photos… LOL). I spelled Summer using a gold sticker alphabet from my stash and I wrote daily using my typewriter.
This week we watched the season four of “Sherlock”, so I printed out an image from google and I spelled the name of the show using a Simple Stories alpha sticker. I added RATED with the Prima stamp set and SEASON using the Plan TV stamp set.
This week I also decided to try to do my video voiceover in English and I was scared that my pronunciation wasn’t good enough and I asked some advise on the Scrapaholic Anonymus group on Facebook. The girls were amazing! They gave me so much of encouragement and support that I really wanted to keep it in my album. I added a Thank you wood veneers and a label to the printed screenshot of the post.
We had a very homy Saturday and I did some spring clean including our shower that it’s really tricky to be perfectly clean…
On Sunday morning we watched a very beautiful Italian movie and I used a 4×6 card from the march extra paper pad. The kraft note is from a pad that was in Sc Scout kit. On the afternoon we went to the National Museum since a friend of our was entertaining kids showing how the cyanotype works during the Science Festival and she let us did our own cyanotype, so I used mine as layer on the background card. I used some sticker words and alpha stickers to add some comments.
While we was waiting for our friend to finish her job, we went to the museum cafeteria and we had a coffee break. The card is from Confidant kit and I wrote where we were using a sticker alpha.
On my fiancè photo I used the simple stories alpha and a word sticker by Pebbles.
And that’s it! Here you can see my full spread!
